ToC Gran Fondo Registration – Useful Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please read the information below before clicking the Proceed button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The correct entry of your telephone numbers is critical. Telephone numbers MUST be entered in the International Format: country code e.g. +44 for UK followed by your number without the 0 at the front. There are no spaces in the international format. A typical UK mobile telephone number. In international format it becomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A unique email address is required for each entrant\u00a0<\/strong>to assure that each entrant receives subsequent emailed event information such as rider number and logistics briefing. The platform will not allow the same email address to be used for different entrants. The same email address can be used to register an entrant for different races.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Camping\u00a0<\/strong>is available\u00a0<\/strong>at the Tour of Cambridgeshire.\u00a0 The cost is \u00a350 for the weekend of the festival.\u00a0 Arrival from midday on Friday 2nd June and departure by midday on Monday 5th June.\u00a0 Booking can be made on the registration platform. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Group bookings<\/strong>\u00a0are to be made by direct application through<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A Transaction fee will be added to your basket per entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Please ensure that your email settings do not reject email from\u00a0or send it to SPAM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Parking Charges will be applied for official parking.\u00a0 See Tour of Cambridgeshire website for details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Entrants in the RACE community will need to present a valid full race license when the Race Pack is collected at the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Entrants in the Sport Community will select their anticipated speed for the start gate.\u00a0 A pace vehicle will set off shortly after the final rider at the start and drive the route at 12mph.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Please note that entries are not refunded or transferable under any circumstances and deferrals are only available in specific circumstances. Further details are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Entry in Section 9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The entry price to ToC Gran Fondo increases to \u00a383 on February 6th and \u00a388 on 5th April 2017.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
