Electric Bike racing takes the form of a time trial over a 2-3 mile closed road circuit. An Electric Bike Trial is typically 8-10 miles long and open to any form of electric bike available for sale commercially. Riders set off at 1 minute intervals and are timed over 2 to 3 laps of the circuit. At any one time there may be around 20 bikes on the circuit at any one time. Drafting is not allowed and the riding will be scrutinised by Commissaires.
All riders will receive a time and position on a General Classification.
